Business Analyst

 

As a Business Analyst (BA) within Ikano Bank, you will be primarily responsible for the elicitation, analysis and documentation of business requirements to enable change in line with intended benefits. You will also be expected to work closely with a dedicated Project Manager and project group to define, create, present and deliver any required changes.

The customer is at the heart of everything we do at Ikano Bank; therefore the BA must ensure that the customer is central to any change or project.

You will be part of the Business Analysis team who are located in multiple locations; Malmö Sweden, Nottingham UK and Wiesbaden Germany. You will need to work collaboratively with all business areas within Ikano Bank in order to understand, challenge and document the requirements to assist in delivering successful changes/improvement initiatives, which will in turn provide excellent products and first class services to our customers. The position will be based in Malmö.

You will also ensure delivery and traceability of business requirements and that the expected user experience is not compromised. As an important part of the project team, the BA will also ensure Ikano Bank delivers configurable, scalable and maintainable solutions which empower the business and assist in future growth.

You will be motivated and structured with strong stakeholder management, analytical, team work and communication skills. You will enjoy working closely with individuals and teams to understand and challenge existing processes and future proposals. 

Adopting the most effective and appropriate techniques for business requirement elicitation, documentation, prioritisation and management, you will excel at communicating with audiences across all levels in the organisation in order to ensure buy-in, sign off and correct delivery of the business requirements. You will encourage colleagues to promote their own ideas while taking a balanced view from others.

We are looking for someone with a strong BA background. It is a plus if you have experience from working within the financial service/retail banking sector, specialising in delivering online solutions which allow customers to quote, apply and manage products. Solid Business Analysis experience, in both Waterfall and Agile project environments is key, passion for the Business Analysis discipline will make a real difference as we are looking for a committed addition to the team who will support the growth and improvement of the BA practice within Ikano Bank.
