Assistant Key Account Manager

 

This position is temporary, from 15-09-2019 to 30-09-2020.

As an Assistant Key Account Manager in the IKEA Business Line you are responsible for creating an excellent experience for the customers. You will be a part of the Global IKEA Business Line, where we create possibilities for a better living for the IKEA customers through our financial services in 8 markets. In this role you are responsible for developing the business together with IKEA in the areas of Consumer finance, loyalty and payments. You do this more specifically through executing account management for IKEA globally and working together with the colleagues in the IKEA Business Line across our markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders both at IKEA and internally
  • ensure that activities in the Scorecard are implemented, to reach set goals
  • ensure that best practice is being developed and used across the IKEA Business Line
  • develop the Account Management framework
  • report and follow up key KPI´s
  • drive the development of future solutions for IKEA in the areas of Customer finance, loyalty and payments
  • ensure business intelligence in the IBL, so development activities are based on the best available knowledge about IKEA and our customers

We believe you have extensive experience from working with Account Management and financial solutions. You have a profound interest in customer behaviour and loyalty.

In order to be successful in this role, you need to be a flexible and open-minded person, enjoying meeting and interacting with people from different levels. As you will be in the centre of everything, you will need to be able to juggle several tasks and projects at the same time.
