Key Account Manager, Leasing


We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our B2B-team. As a Key Account Manager you will be an important part of the Sales-department where you are expected to contribute actively to achieve our high growth targets, both short and long term. You will be part of Ikano Bank, where we create possibilities for a better living by providing banking and financial services. We do it with different perspectives, natural curiosity and long-term focus.

Help us simplify finance for the many people

You will work proactively to maintain and develop our cooperation with our clients and customers. In this role you will work closely with different departments within Ikano Bank and also head up and coordinate the client/customer contacts to develop strong and efficient relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting new partners, brokers and clients
  • Developing the Ikano Bank offer along with customer needs over time
  • Financial development - profitability and growth in collaboration with detailed product profitability including product costs, marketing and risk
  • Set, ensure and account for the sales budget within the Leasing-area
  • Optimize profitability in relation to sales
  • Collaborating with different departments within the organisation to optimise business processes and efficiency
  • Participate actively in customer selection according to Ikano Bank’s risk policy and guideline

You will have an active role in various decision forums, represent us to external customers and create a great foundation for further development.   • A track record in Sales and Key Account Management
  • Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships
  • Customer focused and goal oriented
  • Possess risk awareness and ensure that we work according to the risk appetite-level that is set by the bank
  • The ability to take an analytical and holistic approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent both in English and Finnish – spoken and written
