Service Manager

As a Service Manager, you will be a part of the Service Management-organisation within IT at Ikano Bank.

You will be responsible for managing Ikano Bank’s IT services by collaborating with business, internal IT, external service suppliers and service end user stakeholders.

We offer services that simplify finance

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for IT services throughout their lifecycle with an accountability of service delivery so that the services meet business and end user needs in a cost effective manner.

You will get a wide array of assignments, where your main responsibilities will be:

Securing operational end-to-end delivery of IT Services

Ensure that business and IT requirements are fulfilled

Work with continuous service improvements

Plan and secure execution of Life Cycle Management

Service area key stakeholder in projects

Secure IT Service performance according to Service Level Agreement

Management of supplier operational delivery

Provide budget input for assigned services

Follow-up on service related costs

Identify and drive potential cost saving initiatives

Maintain service roadmap

Review and approve service transition

Stakeholder in innovating and introducing new services for the business

Submit and prioritize IT demands

Are you the one for Ikano?

You have 5+ years’ experience in service management, including project management, good knowledge in change management- You have the ability to balance business understanding with in-depth competence in the area of Service Management, as well as working in a complex multiple vendor environment.

You have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree within the area of Technology, Economics, or similar sciences. Professional Certifications in relevant ICT standards are a plus, in for example ITIL, project management, architecture and agile development areas.

You preferably have experience and competence within the area of banking and/or experience of working with IT Transformation. You have utilized your experience in similar changing environments and positions, working with IT Service Management best practice frameworks and methods.

As a person you are a positive team player that enjoys working in an ever evolving environment. You dare to simplify the complex and learn from experiences. You are business minded and open to new ideas and personal growth. As a leader you are proactive, coaching and inspiring and have good communication skills: A decisive Service Manager that sets clear and SMART goals and follows up on them.
